Drove 30 miles to give blood since the mobile one was when we went on vacation. I like keeping track of that titers score. They asked if it was okay to check that and I mentioned that that is the main reason I was there. It was their main office, they have nicer chairs there then the mesh things we get at the mobile sites. Everytime you donate you accrue points and can get stuff with those points. They have funky socks that you can get, never knew who would get those, until today.

No. I've been that sick since I got home. When I can barely understand the conversation, it's time for sleep. Hasn't helped much that they've been pounding nails from 7.30 to 4.30 every day. I was actually grateful for the lightning that came through earlier. They quit for the day and that's when I said nap time.
I was wondering about your construction project. Thanks for the update.
I stayed home yesterday with a weird combination of not-feeling well things, a week after getting a cold during the state fair. That last irritated me because I hadn't had a cold for two years... Came in a little late today and am heading home soon. Thank goodness there is no football game this weekend.

I guess we'll just assume that you got these.

Wish WI had something like that this but I don't believe they do...Red Cross isn't taking Covid plasma or even testing ABs any more.

My next appt is Sept. 17. COVID titer may be even more interesting than in July. A month after second shot, mine was 20.3800. Eight weeks later it was 5.7900. I don't understand that, but as long as it's positive, it's OK I guess.

Well snuck in a bike ride this afternoon, only got a little bit wet and quite a bit muddy, got a decent ride in, now it is thundering again. Got a inch of rain so far. Take we can get.

Update:
Retaining wall is done. The two upper decks are framed out and the supports in place. The trusses and subroofing are up on the 4-season room, and the walls are framed with the blue insulation walls nailed into place so it actually looks like a room now. That's about it it for now.

Anymore when they offer me free stuff for donating I just tell them give it to someone else

Over 1.5 is the big number.

I last gave the end of may. I was just under 15. Like 14.95 or so. My wife checked hers before vacay and she was high 6s.

I don’t/haven’t taken anything. I figure they can keep the money they would have spent. Except the nutter butters. I’m taking my package of nutter butters EVERY TIME.

Rice crispy treats at mine, I wish they would get rid of the apple juice and bring back OJ though.

I used to live for LornaDoones and when they went away I was in a funk. Rice Krispie bars are now next best. And I don’t like apple juice.

I take the pretzels, I'm talking about stuff like 3 months of Apple tunes or other gifts for giving. I don't even remember a couple things they just offered me last week.

Neighboring town has orange juice. Local one is only water. Today was no liquids. Not sure what is going on there.

That's not good, my blood center is always trying to get fluids into you offering water before, during and after donation.

Dang it the cantaloupe I picked is less than stellar, crunchy and not much flavor. Oh well can't pick winners all the time.
