I just did a cheese inventory in my fridge, and I found Cottage Cheese (small curd), Feta, Fontina, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella, Parmesan, 2 brands of Ricotta (whole milk), 1 brand of Ricotta (part-skim), Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Sharp Cheddar deli style slices, and Sharp Cheddar block! My wife is a cheese hoarder!

I do a really mean cheese fondue using fresh grated fontina, provolone, and mozzarella as the cheeses also throw in some garlic, white wine, and pesto and there isn't much better than that. We dip cut up pan fried chicken pieces, broccoli, and cubed Italian bread.
