Might want to check on that, my 2nd was a little outside the window but said it would still work.

Hmmm, niece just asked me if I would be interested in dog sitting Josie The Dog for a week plus. Pondering. Haven't had a dogweiser in the house in 20 years. Would have been a no brainer this winter when I was pretty much in the house 24/7 other than daily 90 minute walkabout. Now I am out prowling around more in nature preserves and refuges not just down the street.
Apparently the city will be shutting down the road in front of our house for construction.

Replacing segments of sewer system maybe. At least your city knows about it. When they did my road 2 summers ago, the construction company never gave the village a start date. Everyone was so confused when they saw the road closed signs started going up.

I'm reading about a conservation project where a young lady made "bee hotels."
Better than splitting wood. Boss has done honey bees for a few years now. I guess it's our way of giving back to the environment since we destroy it every day.
Ugh they were supposed to put that on the flood walls to protect us far NE siders from everyone else ;_
