Good news....???.... my Covid weight is gone. Dropped that faster than I thought it would take me.

Now when I get better I can add a little more fruits/veggies in, get back to exercising (a no no for Mono) and I get be back on track.

The coaching search has driven so many people over the edge. I'm not sure where they come up with some of their ideas. Must have way too much spare time to sit, wring their hands and fret.

For my 2nd shot, the woman was very nice but she kept asking if I was nervous, reminding me not to be nervous, it's just rubbing alcohol, etc. when I wasn't saying anything.

The only thing making me anxious is having to keep replying that I'm not anxious.
