2021 Stock Market

What is the long-term goal of the angry people? Instability in the market. Because generally instability in the marketplace ends up having a significant negative impact on the everyday man.
I have a co-worker yesterday who makes $55K-$60K a year. She is in her late 40's and her 401K dipped nearly $12,000 in a freaking day because of the instability this **** is causing in the market. There is always collateral damage beyond the people that this group is aiming for.

I just took a look at all of my 401k investment options. If you put 100% in the absolute worst investment:

YTD- -4.65%
One Year 1.87%
3 year 1.95% annualized (short term fixed income)

In summary, it would have been nearly impossible to lose money in your 401k over the last 3 years.

If she would have chosen the S&P 500
1 year-18.36
3 year-14.13
5 year-15.15
10 year-13.81

Financial Times tried to say that this is connected to the alt-right. CNBC was saying that this could be linked to similar movements as MAGA and Occupy Walls Street.

Hedge funds are literally throwing whatever mud they can at the wall to get the retail side off this stock. This SCREAMS of desperation.

lol @ $12k 401k loss at age 40. Sorry thanks for the laugh.

She buying in at lower prices, which will long term translate into more gains.

I don't know if any investment option in my retirement account could possibly lose 7-8x that of the broader market.
I'd be really curious to see her holdings. It doesn't make any sense and, if true, she needs to remedy it.

EDIT: I thought she lost 55-60k. nvm. 12k seems excessive but no biggie.

The media is there to protect their elites. That isn't limited to any particular situation it encompasses elites as a whole, whether it comes to the stock market, or.............................anything.

Facebook is basically taking any post down that has anything to do with what happened or antying that tries to explain what happened. Not really sure why they are doing it. It's a pretty simple thing that happened. It's not alt right or alt left or whatever. It's a bunch of pissed off people, who figured out a way to do this.

It's probably hurting them in some way too.

Power to the people = Less power to the elites. That's why I was recommending to dump GME. Too much power is aligned against the little guy. Power usually wins.
