Fred lands a 5 star for Nebby

This shouldn’t surprise anyone. Fred and Matt A. Can recruit really well. We’ve seen it first hand.
Yeah, we remember him a lot for how checked out he got in that area toward the end but I don't think it's a stretch to say that he had us very close on Rashad Vaughn and Cheick Diallo before UNLV and KU, who 100% weren't paying players in any way shape or form obviously, pulled ahead at the end.
Not as well as Prohm but yes they recruited well.
In many ways I’m glad we didn’t get Diallo. Granted I would have wanted the notoriety of getting a 5 star but I don’t recall him helping KU much at all. Then he was gone after 1 year.
Don’t care, Fred should be irrelevant here until he leaves Nebraska
Not sure of the reason for the thread (and yes I realize I've opened and am posting in it):
1. The happenings of the Nebraska BB program don't really concern us.
2. This going to devolve into the same pissing match that every thread about Fred does.
2nd point, fair. Every thread here turns into that no matter if it's about him or not. On the first one though, that's why I put it in the general college sports thread. It's a pretty big deal for a progam that's never really had many big deals in it's history and I believe it's the first 5 star they've had
