Fans on the 12th or not ?

With no tailgating and forced mask wearing I probably won't get to any game even if they allow fans.

Weren't there supposed to be some games starting this week? Yeah there were a couple scheduled for Sat the 29th. ESPN still shows two games starting on Thurs Sep 3...

Cases and deaths continue to drop after the 2nd surge...but I still think fans will be 25% or even 0 for games...maybe some of the games towards the end of the schedule if trends continue positive.

My guess is Sept. 1 the Big 12 makes a unison decision. They want to do that, I know. Gun to my head: 25 percent option. No chance they go with 50 percent IMO.

How do you think they decide on who goes? I know, probably by donation level, but still curious what your thoughts are.

I wonder if colleges will look at the pro teams for guidance.
For reference the Chiefs had a scrimmage Saturday where they allowed 2,000 fans in. This Saturday they are allowing 5,000 fans in.

Universities could reach out and see what worked and what didn’t and modify their plans.

Thought i'd heard they were looking at taking the season tickets holders in half and giving all of them 3 games.

How they split those 3 games, however, would be another decision.

Maybe this has been posted elsewhere but, any chance that all of the games will be on regular TV? Not that Cyclones TV isn't great but... somewhat unreliable.
