So, you can put in a CB for Nebraska, but then just hours before the announcement switch it to ISU and then you get credit like you had it the whole time?
Yes, but it also records when your CB was entered. Anyone who racks CBs religiously is foolish though, since, like you said, they can just change them at the last second.

I’ll give Nebby fans props. They are almost obsessive with social media and recruiting kids that way.
In fact they went undefeated in the Suburban Gold Conference this year. It includes the largest schools on the Missouri side of the KC Metro. It includes Blue Springs, Lee's Summit West, and LS North, where the Bell kid we are recruiting plays TE.
