They probably would have used the instakill if they hadn't investigated me.
I found him as well and was just planning on night killing him in a couple nights.

I'm leaning inno on CyArob. When he voted for oldman, there were three votes on him and oldman was one of those three. He could also have voted for cmjh, who had 3 votes already.
I'm not sure what the scoop is on cleaver, but I was looking at both oldman & azhuth last week. Azhuth voted early for CyArob, but rescinded late and voted oldman to save himself from the randomizer. There's only one lawyer left, and possibly one ranch hand mafia (at most, two ranch hands but I don't think so). Mafia may have discussed Azhuth's vote as a way to put himself completely out of suspicion.

Because we lynched oldman, and michael was killed by passing him the trich, and they were two of the three lawyers in the write-up.
Our conversations last week speculated that the mafia were probably doing more investigating than recruiting to avoid killing Lisa. We know they tried to recruit once, and it killed SCNCY (Lisa). So, given the fact that all of that occurred by the end of day 5, I can't imagine more than one recruit in addition to the remaining lawyer, and I'm not really sure there's a recruit.
