Summer cancellations in Iowa

With the cancellations and the summer closings of pools, parks and celebrations (ie Minnesota State Fair), I wanted to create a post for discussion and announcements (with links please) of closings, restrictions and possible openings of events, and traditional places that one would attend during the summer in Iowa.

For example I am really worried about Fourth of July celebrations in Iowa.

City of Ames has already canceled a bunch of the traditional summer events - including 4th of July parade (which is a big deal given an election year) and fireworks.

City of Des Moines has a permit freeze until July 1, so no large events are going to happen until 4th of July at the earliest.

Knoxville just cancelled the Knoxville Nationals. They said the State would not approve their 50% capacity plan and was only going to allow 7000 fans.
