Good point. I wonder if Rutgers basketball was enough to drive that New Jersey number. Most of the rest make sense as basketball hotbeds. I assume New England is disappointed about hockey or something. Don’t know what’s going on in South Carolina— NASCAR?

Iowa basketball fans have been waiting to have a pulse for a little over 20 years, I understand the annoyance.

It would be like if college football got cancelled toward the end of ISU's 2000 season when they had been bad for 25 years.
