I’ll be happy wherever Rhule goes, as long as it’s not in the Big 12 or Iowa.
Part of his contract says he has to get Iowa State on his schedule or a bowl at least 2 out of every 4 years.
I can't see any way Riley is at OU next year, he's going to have a lot of NFL money thrown at him.

Rhule grew up in State College and played LB at Penn State for Paterno. If Franklin leaves he is candidate 1 through 99. But Campbell might be #100.
