That really stinks that the kid might get a fake ID charge for having a funny gag ID in his wallet that he probably did not use to get into the bar. There is a very low chance that a bouncer would allow him to get in using that.

Also, can you really get a public intoxication for being in a bar drunk? I actually never knew that.

And you can get arrested for DUI even if your not driving.
