Everything's fine and the answer is to keep laying down more concrete and suburbia to replace all of these wetlands.
it's the sub-arcadian coreolis effect stuffing itself up against the mid-southern hemispherical atmospheric rotation of the pressure barrier, coupled with el nino-esque prevailing trade winds, stupid.
All I know is surely this is how it's going to be from now on, because if I know one thing it's that weather never changes.

It's been a few decades, but dad had to buy what they use to call "rice" tires for the ol 103 John Deere. Unloaded into wagons on the gravel road because it was too wet to put any kind of weight behind the tractors in the field. Many falls we would use to hope for a hard freeze because it was too wet. I think it was 86' had a very wet fall. Tornado hit Baxter in late September doing a ton of damage. In 92' it was so wet in the fall there were ponds that were there until the next spring which primed us for all the spring rain and the floods of 93'. So yeah, it doesn't happen all the time, but it's not super rare.
I do my part by reusing plastic straws. Thought we'd see some improvement by now.
My wife was gone last week, and this is tough to say, but I touched myself. I mean, it was there, I was there, the sock was there... What's a "man" supposed to do? My flesh is weak, I am sorry for the rain.
