I believe Miami FL finally got a football facility but have heard over the years their resources are bad considering their titles.

Yes they have upgraded theirs quite a bit in recent years.

You are fooling yourself if you think KU will not end up doing most of what they want. KU gets the same TV money that ISU gets and what comes in for BB dwarfs what ISU gets. Hell they are 3rd in the conference in donations, behind UT and OU.
They can use their TV money to invest in football, there bb donations will handle keep their bb program in plenty of dough. They will have their new coach out swinging his LSU championship ring around, and people will buy in.
