Agreed it doesn't mean we will warm up but on average we are very close to an upswing. Also kind of interesting to see how this winter measures up (pun intended) with averages. At least in CR we are above average but just out of the top 10 totals to this point and well behind the top ten for the season.

From another story there. This kind of bulls eye really puts me in a bad mood. I had measured up to around 40" and gave up when it started mixing with rain, freezing rain, sleet, gropple, and every other kind of (**S sandwich. I imagine NW caught up some but give me a break.
