Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves was on the other day.

Among about a zillion holes in the plot/story, a thought:
Christian Slater's character.
Lives in a forest, poor as ****.
Perfect 90's haircut.

Plot holes be damned - that movie is a guilty pleasure for me. Especially when Fannie says:
I've given birth to eight babies, you big ox - don't you talk to ME about getting hurt! :D

Drinking some wine and debating on whether to thaw out a piece of key lime pie. Think I have an inkling on how this is going to turn out.

Frozen key lime was on sale the other night so bought one. Got home and there was already one int he freezer.

BTW, windows open cause nice and cool out tonight and the background is a freakin calliope of falling acorns. Bumper crop.

Next time I'm in Minneapolis, I'm gonna eat some God damn key lime pie with you

My fav is all of the post apocalypse movies and TV shows where the gals are all wearing makeup and nice hairdos. o_O Oh, and wearing shorts to show off the fact that they still shave their legs. Credibility factor = zero for the show or movie.

It's fantastic. The best is all the different ways 'Everything I Do' is sprinkled in throughout with various instruments.

Costner's shift from bad British accent to zilch stands on its own.

I am watching a food truck in Moscow, Idaho on Twitch and it's enthralling.

I would totally do this at Iowa State

I suppose the men don't want to watch a movie with a bunch of hairy women and women don't want to watch what appears to be the cast of duck dynasty.

After reading how these youngsters imbibe alcohol in the injury thread, its a good thing I don't drink much anymore. Not really my style.

I remember your wife being pregnant with him. And i would swear that was like a year ago.

Now I'm holding my month old baby wondering the same. Time goes so fast. Guess I'll just continue sitting here trapped by a baby sleeping on me. Soon he'll be too big:(
Enjoy this time. It's a fantastic ride. I'm already getting nervous and a little teary-eyed thinking my oldest daughter is moving out in about a year. BC's probably thinking the same except not so much the daughter thing.

It does stand on it's own but Molly Ringwald going from a Southern accent to no accent in Fresh Horses is pretty similar.
