Alright CF investors what are your thoughts? Is this a correction or the start of a bear market? What’s on your wishlist to buy? What are you selling?

I’m looking at getting back in to Ford if it goes under 10.00.

I probably have 25% of my 401k/IRA's in cash equivalent and it's going to have to go a lot lower before I put that 25% in stock. The market is about where it was a month ago. If the S&P gets down to 2,300, I may do something. But I'm far from a professional.

It had some good weekly support numbers around 24,700. I'll look to be backing up the truck in a month hopefully around 22,000 level. Shake the tree real good.

Looks like the computers are having problems and behind. Looked down below 24,000 and then 500 points higher. Got to love computers.

Yahoo is showing a bit of a Flash Crash. 24,751 at 3:02pm ET and then 24,001 at 3:10pm

Over 1500+ point drop now... woof. I only have one stock that's dropped double digits. But I'm guessing my 401k's are going to look bloody tomorrow. Sadly I'd planned on moving them to bond-heavy today. I guess I mis-timed that call.

My 401k, on a percentage basis, has only dropped half of what the Dow dropped.

Seems like the typical cycle of buying and selling. Big drop, some decide that's the time to get in. With that big of a drop, thats lots of people seeing 'discount'

Bad day for me to have 38% of my 401k in WFC.

You have over a third of your 401k in a single stock? Regrettably today was probably an expensive lesson on why that isn't recommended. Not that a more diverse portfolio would have protected you entirely on a day like today. But at least a it would have provided some cushion.

I think any day is a bad day to have 40% of your IRA in one stock. Especially a company like WFC that has shown its true colors many times over the past 1-2 years. But yah today is a bad day.
