Well seeing as I am watching the Iowa vs Drake game on PsVue in Colorado right now, and I will have to pay $7 to watch the ISU vs. UNI game on cyclones.tv. I do see a difference.

Agreed.. we should be able to do a dual broadcasting rights with Mediacom and ESPN or Fox or something... But it's ok as I have a cyclones. TV subscription and it plays well on my Xbox one..
