Our library used to have a 10 DVD limit per account. Now there is no limit, even if I try to impose one. We usually end up with 4 Dora, 5 Barbie, a few My Little Pony Equestria Girls, and obscure DVDs that you wonder how they were ever produced. Last visit we returned Barbie and The Video Game Hero at the same time we picked up another copy of Barbie and The Video Game Hero.

At least it's not My Little Pony torture videos. That stuff is messed up.

I haven't heard, but I hope they bring him back. I really think Molitor is a good fit. I just hope ownership feels the same and goes out and gets him some pitching help.

I liked watching him as a player and followed his career from the Brewers to Toronto and then to the good guys. He was the type of player I really looked up to (Tony Gwynn and Kirby were others). I'd have liked Chipper Jones more had he not been such a pain in the Twins' ass.

....nobody tell Chaser that I used to like one of his stupid Brewers.
I can write smaller than that.

Thanks for posting. I've a complete map nerd. I love this stuff.

Looks like Malaysia and Indonesia have a bit of everything. Natural disasters, asteroid strikes, venomous species, ants, lightning strikes. They can't touch us when it comes to guns and obesity though.
Here are my observations:

Though the article states that asteroid strikes are pretty evenly distributed across the globe, it seems a few places are safer than others. Alaska, the Baltic States, Northern Siberia and Brazil seem the safest. If there is an asteroid strike, Brazil does have plenty of leafcutter ants to eat when all other food is exhausted.

How did Mexico end up with so many more venomous species than the Central American countries?

I would think that gun propensity would be about the only list of anything, ever, that the top 3 are the U.S., Yemen and Iceland.

Yesterday I had windows open because it was gorgeous out. The 4yr old had gone into her room and came back out hysterical. Went to investigate and hundreds of those black no-see-umm had come through the screen and were all around the window (very obvious on white window sills). Other front bedroom the same way. Had to go buy bug spray, hopefully killed them all (almost). The rooms still smelled a little of bug spray at bedtime so I sent 2 of the 3 kids upstairs to the basement to sleep instead. Now I have a lovely mess to clean up.

Cool, when your basement is "upstairs" it means you have an even lower subterranean level. Either a bomb shelter or maybe a dungeon. Or both?

I bugs me a little that the voice activated Audi nav system does not recognize "Shut the **** up!"

I have the same problem with calls to businesses when you get the automated choice crap. After they determine that English is my preferred language they should be able respond to "Give me a customer representative NOW or I am going to find you and rip out your motherboard!"

Wherever I go, there I am.
in the same boat. We have a drawer full of Barbie movies and a large black garbage bag full of Care Bears. Being that @BCClone and @VeloClone have daughters that are about the right age, I'm wondering if they've ashamedly watched as many Barbie movies as us. I'm guessing that BC pops them in during the afternoon on those days when he has the house to himself.
That's what BC used to watch back in his Dana House days, too.
