That was one of the worst ISU games I've ever watched.

I was happy with the defense for the most part. I was just amazed we only scored 7. I'll leave this thread football free. Plenty of other threads for that.

Glad you heard from your mom and that she is healthy. Everything else is a pretty distant second.

My coworker is leaving today - the one I used to complain about training way back when. He and I became pretty good buds so I'll miss him. Nobody yet to replace him or my prior role so guess who's about to be covering for all of that......

anyway, my boss brought in donuts for coworker's last day and donuts do help a sore throat, in case you wondered. Mostly just because food helps hide it.

This is true. I've forced myself to try to learn the difference between monkeys and apes. Based upon my extensive research, I've come to this conclusion. If it flicks poo, it's a monkey. If it doesn't flick poo, it's an ape.

You shoulda seen it live. Defense played their butts off. Offense was a cluster **** of "what the hell was THAT play supposed to be?" I'm firmly convinced that we had more yardage toward our goal line from the defense (and penalties against TX offense) than we did from our actual offense.

Amatuer. I am not going to list ALL of the games I've seen in 48 years that were worse.

Will say that I am not surprised we lost, was slightly, but only slightly, surprised at the way it played out. I thought Texas would score more and thought we would to, not a Big 12 shootout but something in the high 20's for both.
