oh God, just had a terrible flashback to Jamaica and about 7 too many hurricanes. Had forgotten all about that.
I know it's safe, but I'm not going to lie, it's still disconcerting feeling the concrete roll beneath you while it's going on. Cool, but disconcerting.
With Madison only being about a 90 minute drive, I want to try and make it to a game sometime this fall.
Noted for future consideration.
I'll be in Dubuque the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Sister has a game at Loras College.

You really should, it's a gorgeous drive and a great atmosphere. It's also just very different than Iowa State because it is in a residential area of Madison
Also, I would personally recommend homecoming since that's the day the law students run down the field before the game and throw canes though the goal post. If we catch them, we'll win our first case, if we don't, then we'll lose it.
That's pretty wack. What if you catch someone else's cane? You not only win but make partner?
