Well I was talking about work boots, not 8" heels. But damn that made me LOL thanks for the laugh of the day!
PapaLew & I go to two different GPs at McFarland. His is in the town where we live, mine is here in Ames. Mostly due to convenience. MrsWx's level of comfort with him HAS to be first & foremost...it makes the whole process so much easier to deal with.MrsWx likes him and that is what is important. I need to get a physical done since I haven't had one in a few years and will ask him if he will do my new flight physical next year (yay congress actually did something that will help me!). If he will do it then I will stay if not I will find someone who will and go to them.
Might as well go whole hog...Well I was talking about work boots, not 8" heels. But damn that made me LOL thanks for the laugh of the day!
Was your doctor named Dr. Posey?I had the same OB/Gyn every time, but they just had us see the other doctors in the last couple of months when you are going in more often anyway. My actual doctor was only the one on call twice, had one of his partners twice, and the other one once. My doctor was in on the elevator delivery so he didn't do much on that one.
What were people saying again about dorky uniforms that you look back and regret?Hey everybody. New uniforms mean new uniform threads.

Nice that you got to meet Woo.so very quick - we walked up Arthur's Seat and surrounding hills, coming down, we could hear bagpipe music now and then and Dh wondered if it was coming from Holyrood Palace. We knew it was closed for a royal visit so I was a bit bummed we wouldn't be able to see it. Get down closer and hear pipes and see people crowding the gates. They were doing some kind of performance! So I recorded through the gates and DH got separated (thought I moved but I hadn't). He came and found me and said the gate was open other side and people could go in a bit. So we did that and watched more and then I was horrified to see the pipers and others leaving out through the gate I had been standing at! I sprinted all the way back around to catch the tail end leaving and then took a selfie in front of very serious armed Scots. Eventually the bagpipe leader came back looking for the security guard but couldnt find him so he chatted with a few tourists briefly. We said we'd give him a boost over the gate and good thing he was the only one not in a kilt.
Then saw them go back to their buses and a bunch taking a smoke break, lol.
I absolutely love bagpipes and guys in kilts. Was hoping to hear someone play at a pub or something and stumbling upon this with excellent pipers and the full regalia was SO cool. I was like a kid at Christmas.
If that's them...menolikey.Hey everybody. New uniforms mean new uniform threads.

If you look closely you can see at the back of the helmet that these were worn by the idiots in west Texas. If that's them...menolikey.
Trees down. Trees down everywhere. Trees on roofs, trees on cars, on the roads and in the yards.

Back during the McCarney era TT had this crazy bi-color design for their pants that (from behind) looked like they were wearing loaded diapers. Stone cold sober, we laughed ourselves silly at that one.If you look closely you can see at the back of the helmet that these were worn by the idiots in west Texas.

Good luck, hoping for good news. We never did any of the extra testing even though I was considered "advanced maternal age" for our last two. There always seems to be some chance of false positives.
On an aside, our OB (and he was rev's, too) was Air Force. He stilled served in the Air National Guard, one time when he checked on us in the hospital after baby he was in his jumpsuit under his lab coat.
Yeah...but I question the medical necessity AND the financial stress for the parents-to-be.![]()
