Flip side - when we tell a salesman we're looking for a car for me, it really pisses me off when they talk over my head directly to PapaLew, and ask him what "we're" looking for. I know what features I want in a car, and it's not the "pretty things" that they always seem to think I want.
I may not know what specific model I want, but I'm very fussy about the driver's seat because I usually have to rack it so far forward to reach the pedals comfortably. I don't like deep dashes under the steering wheel because I crack my knees on them when the seat is forward. And some cars have the airbag design in the steering wheel set up so that I have to make a choice between reaching the pedals or having no room for my bewbs.
So when I get in a car, adjust the seat & say nope - don't tell my husband I haven't given it a chance yet. I don't care how great it drives if I'm uncomfortable driving it. Cars are not made for short women!
