I mean, I actually am really curious. And given his history it is a little hypocritical for him to say Prohm needs to talk about the elephant in the room when he is a public figure that never talked about his elephant in the room...

Bingo. Just a brief statement would've sufficed after his news broke. He randomly just came on Twitter and started tweeting about Sports. Never addressed it at all.

This isn't a Birch thread though so this is all irrelevant anyway.

A solicited sex. Why would you want to know any more?

I just think it is standard fare for the Register to ruin others lives over private sexual matters, affairs etc. and yet when one of their own hires a hooker and is arrested for it, it isn't even mentioned beyond a blurb about the arrest. I think he should own it apologize and move on. Until then he is fair game, especially when preaching transperancy.

That whole thing was months ago. Why that still matters to anyone is beyond me. He made a mistake and everyone has moved on, aside from a handful of posters on here, apparently.

I swear this wasn't me but somebody just tweeted him.

@TommyBirch if I wanted to know why you choose hookers, would you answer me?

Maybe Prohm really thought that we didn't need McKay for the win, and he really could benefit from the rest? Especially with a game against a really tough rebounding WVA team ahead in 2 days?

He answered the question perfectly.

Then he shouldn't preach about "our right to know" and "transparency". I don't care about the hooker, I care about him and the Register not practicing what they preach.

Haha made a mistake. He got caught making a poor decision.

I'm glad people have mentioned that McKay seemed engaged early in the game.

I don't normally do the 'he wasn't cheering' thing, but when Burton had that awesome full court dunk he was the only guy that didn't cheer, or even move. Certainly didn't look good to me.

Well yeah, but I can tell you this we definitely needed him tonight. So either it is one of those two or Prohm is a bad coach for not recognizing McKay could have helped us tonight.

yeah, McKay would have made the difference between.....

Oh, wait, we won.....

Why did we need him, again?

Whoever made that account should be embarrassed.

I wouldn't do it. But Tommy is a public figure who was arrested for a crime. I'm not sure why he shouldn't expect people to ask about it.

ehhh....I watched him pretty close and he was as engaged as he has ever been. He did a lot of cheering and standing up. Hell, he seemed happier than normal warming up.
