Friday Afternoon Fun in D.M.?

I have the day off and will be passing through D.M. Friday afternoon, looking to kill a couple hours. I have done an Escape Chamber and that was fun, but don't think it is for the crowd I'm with. Ideas?

Science center is kind of fun albeit really geared towards kids anymore. However, neat to see what they have going on and you can stretch your legs a bit. Or grab a beer at Hessenhaus or El Bait Shop.

The museum downtown is pretty interesting. Art Center off of Grand Ave around 42nd St is nice too.

I'm kind of a nerd, but I even enjoy just parking and walking thru the sky walks to just take in the sights/sounds of downtown. Or you can check out the Iowa Hall of Pride.
