I imagine Jon Miller in real life is like JP from Grandma's Boy. Probably wears a duster around his house. Watches Iowa games in an isolated room like JP's office. Maybe he even talks like a robot sometimes in social situations.

There's nothing smart about creating news that isn't true to get page views. If you don't have credibility in this business, you have nothing.

There's just a few bad apples that ruin it for the whole bunch. We have a few in our fanbase too as CF has made clear.
I think both teams are much better than they were in December. I didnt think that would be possible witout Naz being out there. A lot of credit should be sent Monte Morris and Matt Thomas' way for elevating their games. Abdel Nader too.
Isn't he like almost their all time leading 3 point shooter? They also beat Wichita St while they were missing 2 starters. Valentine missed their first game and was just back for the second game.
Miller is a total joke. He hardly pays attention to Iowa. However I don't have a lot of issue with his first comment. He went full ****** pretty quick though.
It's a dumb argument. I wish it would die too. My parents are diehard ISU fans and have been for decades. Neither went there either.
The problem isn't that you didn't go to a particular school and are a fan of the school.
The problem is that you didn't go to that school, are a fan of that school, and act like a tool when it comes to being a fan of that school.

I agree but I wasn't accusing you of creating news. Look what has come from that exchange, 50+ Twitter responses and a near 100 page thread.
While admittedly Iowa is real good and their coach will probably get Big10 coach of the year ( maybe even national ) , I don't see the their desire for ever calling ISU their little brother when it comes to basketball. Well anything for that matter...makes them across as arrogant.

Miller is probably just jealous that Cyclonefanatic is destroying his website in about every category. Sometimes I like to read about Iowa basketball but then Im disappointed to see only 1 new thread per day.

I'm not getting any sense of snarkiness or BS from Miller here on the 1st tweet. I don't get what CW was irritated by. ISU is damn near impossible to beat at Hilton. Play the NCAA tourney in Hilton and ISU whoops ***, round after round. #truth
