CW back and forth with Jon Miller on twitter last night.....

CW, I appreciate the passion from you last night on twitter, no idea why Miller thinks he can get away with that BS, still loved by comment to him on the thread. It must really suck for the Hoks to have to pay attention to Cyclone games and actually route for us just to keep their RPI and SOS relavant.... The Big10 schedule is not helping them at all.....

(not that we need evidence to show that Miller is a joke. Even Hawk fans acknowledge that.)

In that gym, ISU might be the toughest out in the country. Good thing the NCAA tourney ain't played in that gym.

I think it was the backhanded tweet ge had that CW responded to. Which Jon then called CW little brother in return.
 
Miller complimented the Hilton atmosphere, CW thought it was backhanded compliment, then Miller egged it on by calling ISU "little brother". CW squashed it with a fan by saying he and Miller are friends and he wishes people could see their text exchanges. No beef, just banter.
 
Iowa is having a nice season, but it must be a little annoying to them that Fran is 1-5 vs ISU.
 
Jon Miller is a joke. He sounds bitter in those tweets. He's probably upset that we aren't ranked much lower than them and they couldn't beat us this year.
 
He also commented on how they how they play amazing at home but the tournament is not played in Ames..... Another backhanded compliment. If you read further into that thread it gets way worse....

The thing with his tone on twitter is that is exactly how he sounds in person too....
 
Jon, must have forgot our back-2-back Big12 titles on a neutral court and the beat down last year at Carver, selective memory.
 
I havent seen it yet but I imagine it went something like this:

CW - Big win for ISU, that's four in a row, three of the four against ranked teams!

Miller - Tom Davis also probably once won three out of four against ranked teams in the 80s. Iowa owns the all-time series against ISU. They totally used to destroy ISU in the 1920s and 80s.

CW - How is that relevant to what I just said?

Miller - It isnt. I just like to remind people how dominant Iowa is. That reminds me, I remember one time Hayden Fry...

This was his last reply that really got me....
 
Did that guy even graduate from Iowa? I thought he is one of those for-profit fans?
