***Official UNI @ Iowa State Prediction Thread***

CF Fan Reaction

Iowa State wins- UNI is FCS. We're suppose to win, calm down.

Iowa State loses- Fire CPR, Is it basketball season yet? Is it time for Lanning?

ISU 31 - UNI 20. UNI moves the ball on ISU, but struggles to get in the end zone. ISU's WRs make a couple of big plays that are the difference.

After losing to three FCS teams in a row, the torch mob will be in full force. I'm sure he won't be fired until the end of the season though.
You telling me guys like D UP Clones and others will be off the Rhoads wagon if we lose to UNI? I'll believe it when I see it.

While I agree it is absolutely inexcusable if it happens what advantage is there to fire him then. Why not wait until the end of the year. Maybe something crazy happens and we lose to UNI but win 8 games. Now I think the percent that happens is <.0000001%, but I don't understand firing the coach in the middle of the year.

I'd understand it if the team throws in the towel. It's one thing to go through a losing season; it's another for a situation to be so toxic that the whole team quits on the field (which happened a couple times last season). Rhoads is lucky to have gotten an opportunity to turn things around. I hope he does so, and it starts with a win over UNI.

There have been many times where a team benefited from firing their coach in the middle of the year. Not always though.

Dumb Post is Dumb.

Is it dumber to ignore facts or accept them?

Guess we know where you fall.

In the game of football to be successful, usually your QB needs to be your best player.
Hopefully Sam is ISU's best player this year.
