I know I shouldn't engage with psychosrus, but the guy is such an *******.

Also, his insult names that he comes up with make Bode look like a genius. (Though I'm not much better, Sergeant Semantics? Really?)

Also, went for a 4.5 mile walk around the UW campus and got ice cream from the dairy store, that was really nice

I got called rocksbetweentheears. I'm just happy I finally got a nickname.

We had a guy in for a job shadow type of thing today as the last step in the hiring process. The kid kept checking his phone and had to step outside to call in to his work s couple of times.

Wtf

There's a crap ton of anti-smoking ads in Hawaii. Do people even smoke anymore? I think I know one person under the age of 40 that smokes. I didn't even think it was much if a threat anymore.

Is this guy just in the cave or something? Haven't noticed him....

Just got back from unpack the backpack night at school (they take all their supplies in so they don't have to bring them all the first day). Noticing another set of parents...is it really that hard to not eff with your phone for 30 minutes on a pretty important transition period for your child who is starting kindergarten? One set of parents, I was watching them (I kind of sat off to the side with littlest00 since it was somewhat crowded.) There was never a moment where neither the mom nor dad had their phone out, typing/scrolling on it (not both at same time, but one of them always did). I mean, I could maybe give a pass if the kid was in 6th grade or something and could handle themselves at this thing, but the kid was just standing there dazed, and of course, trying to get his mom's attention away from her phone.

My phone was out of my pocket twice during the whole thing...and if it weren't for people from work calling me who hadn't heard I would be gone from 5-7, it would have been out exactly zero times. I also didn't answer, just pulled out of my pocket to silence it. Mrs.00: Zero times.

I notice in rural(ish) communities, smoking is a lot more common. I have a co-worker in her early 30's who's trying to quit smoking. I know another 19 yo girl at work who smokes "but only when I drink". (Wait...wut?)

Here's a question...how does it work where certain smokers walk past you, and you yourself feel like you swallowed an ashtray, but it takes someone coming in from a smoke break and them standing a foot and a half away from you for you to get a small whiff of smoke?

People that chain smoke in their cars or homes get it in their clothes/hair/everywhere. People who only smoke occasionally, and outside (there are a lot more, with Iowa's law) aren't near as bad.

I has an employee that smoked, but hated the smell, so she always chewed gum after and had this body spray stuff she used after every cigarette. She was a pretty heavy smoker, but you couldn't really tell by scent until she was right next to you.

Man, it sucks getting old. I can put on 3 pounds in a day easily after a day of fair-food eating. I was in my early 20s when I could lose that same amount in a day.

My lunchbox was metal, and it had Annie Oakley on it.

All together now (except Boxster):

"WHO???"

C'mon KC give me some credit the most famous woman trick shot artist of the Wild West shows. No Google. I bet that thing would be worth a fortune if you still had it.

Babcock is really good, Chocolate Shoppe is my fave though. Their version of the campanile does the song in a different order. And walk the drive above the women's dorms in the fall. Not to be pervy, the few of the lake and trees is gorgeous.

One came so low I thought it was gonna knock the cow off the Chick-fil-a billboard.

A 4 prop cargo plane (don't ask me to name what it was) flew right over our office and the guy I was talking to on the phone simply said "Holy ****, what the **** was that?!?"

I'm pretty sure it is a woman flying that cargo plane. I saw a video this year about how she is the first Blue Angel ever.
