Pretty sure that the Kentucky @ Kansas game Saturday, January 30th will get any ESPN Game Day game that comes to Lawrence next year.

Im assuming the BIG 12 won't have quite as much parody as last year's conference season did. No way 13-5 wins it this year

You think so? I think it'll be paritylicious. KU, Texas, ISU, OU, WVU should all be better, Baylor, Tech, TCU, OSU (maybe) the same or a bit better, and KSU will be the punching boy.

Paritylicious is an interesting word to describe it but I can see your point. I just think it will mainly be ISU, KU and OU/Baylor. Obviously there will be (should be) some upsets but the top feels a bit more separated than it was last year. A lot of important pieces for a lot of the fringe teams aren't there anymore

good call. For some reason I was thinking it was in Kentucky.

For this reason, I'm expecting KU @ ISU to be on a Saturday. The Big 12 will try to make a play for it to be the Big 12 conference game on College GameDay.

Both OU games and @ KU will be Big Monday I bet.

I have to think it will be ISU, KU, and OU at the top.

Baylor, Texas, OSU, WVU in the middle

Tech, TCU (they lose kyan anderson), and KSU in the cellar

Am I the only one who thinks Shaka is way over rated? All he has is the 2011 Final Four (a great run don't get me wrong). If it were not for 2011, he would just be an average to slightly above average mid major coach.

He took Virginia Commonwealth to a Final Four and now has some of the best resources in college athletics at his disposal...

Kansas State will provide plenty of parody. Their roster is hilarious. Oh, you meant "parity"...

A gimmick defense that I don't think will work as well night in and night out against better competition in the Big 12. Slightly different, but see Arkansas vs ISU last year.

His team got hot for three weeks, yes. Since then, he has been average. We shall see I guess, but Im not that scared.

We got to be close to an announcement, right? I would imagine the Big Monday lineup will be announced very soon, and the conference schedule usually follows.
