I work with quite a few people who know Fred personally and professionally, and I have never heard a single one of them ever say anything bad about Fred.

Your attempt to tarnish his name is pathetic and complete slander.
Exactly, Fred has done more for Iowa State than anyone on this board and should be thanked for saving our program. .Good luck in Chicago Fred! Fred succeeding in Chicago only helps Iowa State.

@ScottiePippen: Thibs had the Bulls moving in the right direction initially but things changed. A different leader on the sidelines became necessary.

@ScottiePippen: I've got confidence in Pax and Gar. They will bring in a new coach who will fit the culture and help the Bulls grow and improve.

@ScottiePippen: The culture that surrounds a team is of crucial importance. I'm optimistic about the Bulls future and believe in the front office.

Fred gave me and my friends free All Sport out of the back of his unmarked white van after a Michael Born basketball camp in 1994....he's all right in my book.

Hiring timeline is when they have the right guy whether that takes a day or a week. -Gar

@TravisHines21: “A day, a week, a month, two months, we’re going to do our work and try to find the right fit for our players and for this teamâ€￾ - Forman

Just because what he's done in the past doesn't mean that we can't be upset about his current actions. He may be responsible for saving our program, but there is also a possibility he'll be responsible for sending it back to the fire. Only time will tell, but IMO his legacy is really tarnished now, it could be recovered some if we continue to have success, but he'll never have a Johnny Orr legend.

How does Fred's success or failure in Chicago in the NBA help or hurt ISU in any way?

Question: how important is experience?

"We have certain criteria but we aren't going to put ourselves in a box...not going to limit search in any way."

Right Scottie, the Bulls are well on their way to being a flaming bag of dogpoo.
