I tried the couch to 5k and did good for a week or two and then my body just couldn't handle it anymore. Would love to run but bad knees and posture do me in.

I run 5k races as it is now. I lift 3 times a week and run or bike twice more. It's not me being out of shape- it's just the way I am.
DH already trying to cover his tracks. Saying he made $10 thinking he got change for a $20 instead of a $10. I said I don't believe that's how he made the $10.
he actually just told me what bar he's at. He must be half drunk because he is texting a lot and he never texts this much. His brother just got a lady's undergarment. I'm wondering how drunk they got him because that brother is not the type to do that, to put it lightly. Sounds like they are having fun.
Arob, do you know of a bar in MN where instead of riding a bull.........you can, err, I can't even. I can't even believe this picture.
Good thing we got cheaper seats next year. A third of our season is now wasted due to weddings. Thanks Obama.
Bye week. A wedding during football season is to be scheduled during the bye week!
Yeah I know. But both weddings are for people flying back home from out of town so they're well past caring about ISU football. They're fools. Fools I say.

This happened tonight.
We also won a pair of volleyball season tickets for next year, and a pair of tickets to the women's BB game of our choice. And we had a blast!!!
I don't know what the picture mean but I'm jelly of the season tickets!
