Just wondering if anyone knows which section would be best to sit in at Barclays. Doubt there will be a huge crowd, but would like to sit behind ISU bench maybe or be close to our section. Any help is appreciated!

My wife and I are thinking about heading up for it. Are there any pregame get togethers, pep rally, etc?
We are going out Jan. 1 and coming back the 4th. I contacted Iowa State and the tickets they had for the players etc. were in Section 9. He had them in hand so he knew that for a fact. Unsure about the home/visitor question but sure of the section. We went up on the Barclays ticket site and ordered 2 tickets. The team is staying at the Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge but we decided to stay down closer to the theater district close to Times Square. It's the same hotel we stayed in for the Pinstripe and gave us more options around us for entertainment. Great tickets can be had for around $50 a piece which is cheaper than what they want for the Wells event so we said let's go to Brooklyn instead. I know nothing about a pregame gathering but would love to get together with other Cyclone fans for a fire up before the game. Let us know!
I'm heading there from princeton, looking forward to it. We grabbed section 8 tickets since my wife is a USC grad (and my graduate degree is from there).
Went to Pinstripe Bowl a few years ago and really enjoyed NYC. This was an excuse to go back, and really wanted to go to 9-11 museum.

Havent got a ticket yet but this clone will be down there as well. I'm still kicking myself for not getting a ticket to the tourney game at MSG last year.
The pre-game party will be at McMahon's Public House for those going to NYC.
Address is 39 5th Avenue, Brooklyn. 5 minute walk to Barclays Center.
If anyone is there Friday night, the NYC group is also getting together at their usual spot around 7:00-

Mcmahons is a block and a half from the Barclays center entrance. Really easy to find. Can see the arena from the bar. Just an FYI for those who will be going.
Also, if going to foleys Friday night, $5 32 ounce domestic pitchers for anyone wearing cardinal and gold.

There will be 2 more in row 2 of section 24. I just moved to Connecticut for a job and am pumped that the cyclones are going to be playing so close.
