That's one of the worst throws I've seen in college football this year. Throwing a spiral is not difficult and it would have been an easy completion.

Wind is gusting to 20-25 mph, which anyone could see the effect to the throw, but will say you were right in bad throw where he shouldn't have thrown up in air vs good spiral. Hats off on the call but QB arm strength was more of an issue
