I was rooting for Jessie, now I am rooting for Walt. Before that final confrontation I was rooting for everyone to go down. That last line was awesome.

Agreed!!! What a way to start the last season. Not sure why, but I have a feeling that Hank is going to be killed in the final episode. And it would be cool if "Combo" was resurrected in the final season!!

I was thinking that too. I would bet everything I own on either Walt, Hank or Jesse being killed by the end of it all. Hopefully Skyler dies. She is ugly and annoying!!
Anybody else notice the similarities between Walt and Gus in this episode? The interaction with Lydia (Gus' interactions with Walt in Los Pollos Hermanos) and the towel in the bathroom (when Gus threw up the poison).

Why is Talking Bad only a half hour show, while Talking Dead was moved to an hour? I thought that was more with the format gaining popularity. With this being the last season, would have been nice to have more time with the guests and to make up for the 5 years where they didn't have the show...and you've got Bill Hader coming on next week.
I'm still rooting for Jesse in a big, big way. His problem right now is that he's still struggling with the killing of the boy and he's trying to do a decent thing with the money he seems to want no part of anymore. He's definitely having a breakdown, but how could anyone with a soul NOT have a breakdown if they were in his shoes? Walt is just an evil bastard at this point, no different than Gus.
One thing a buddy of mine noticed is that Walt takes on characteristics of every person he kills. Cutting the crusts off his sandwiches (Crazy 8), drinking on the rocks (Mike), the towel in the bathroom (Gus). My buddy thinks Walt kills Skylar (one instance in which I rooting for Walt all the way) because of the opening sequence to the season 5 finale when he makes his age out of bacon at the diner. This is the same kid who once predicted that on the 17th pitch of a high school baseball game, there would be a homerun hit, and he got it right, so I'm trusting his judgement on this one.

Poor Jesse can't live with the guilt; Walt feels no guilt whatsoever. Best thing about the episode is there wasn't too much Skylar.

Not sure why Walt pushed the issue with Hank, it was obvious he was on to him once he found the tracker. If he had played dumb, he might have been able to find out how the investigation was going. That scene was just scary. Rooting for Hank and Jesse. Wondering if Hank will offer Jesse a deal to get Walt, and if Walt will be going after Jesse soon.

They talked about this on Talking Bad. Jesse needs to believe Walt is telling the truth, otherwise Jesse is a threat to Walt and threats to Walt don't last. Walt didn't need him to believe him for Walt's sake, he needed to believe him for his own sake.
This is going to be an awesome run of TV.
Walt still has a play with Hank. He can tug a little bit on Hank's emotitons by claiming that the only reason that Hank is still alive is because of Walt. He can claim that he was the anonymous tip (which he was via Saul) that gave Hank in-home protective custody. He can also claim (and he would be lying) but he can still claim, that he was the anonymous person that called Hank's cell phone to give him a heads up about the two brothers in the cartel that were going to kill Hank at the grocery store. I wonder if Walt will use that angle....

Well it could be for the dark haired lady. But I think either of those two is too obvious. It's going to be for Jesse but something will happen so he doesn't die.
I think Walt gives Hank the Ricin... Ending Hanks pursuit of Walt. Hank is in a tough spot...You have to keep skyler and the kids in mind. If he puts Walt away, away goes Skyler too. The kids then would likely go to Hank and Marie.

Thanks, I guess that sort of makes sense only clearly Jesse didn't believe him. Hopefully Walt can't tell the difference.
Given the timing of the ricin scene, I don't think the ricin is for Hank, altho that doesn't mean he won't try to kill Hank.
I don't see this happening, because at the point Walt is retrieving the ricin from his home, he has already been outed at Heisenberg and is on the run with a fake identity (perhaps he faked his own death). Using the ricin on Hank would kind of be worthless at that point, unless he has faked his own death and Hank is the only one who refuses to believe it. I guess that could be it, too...
I saw a theory today that I think is the most interesting. Lydia came to the car wash because Todd isn't cooking meth at a high enough purity. I think Lydia will have Jesse kidnapped and forced to cook for her, kind of like Walt had to cook for Gus. I think Walt's return trip to New Mexico that we've seen in the flash forwards is a trip back to save Jesse and do one good deed before he finally succumbs to cancer. (I think he has gone off chemo at that point, hence the hair regrowth, but the cancer isn't gone and will kill him.)
And I think Walt fails at this attempt, the very last thing he does.
But I am on board with the theory of Walt killing Skylar. I think it will be shortly after Hank's inevitable death, either at the hands of Walt or by his own hand. That will be Skylar's last straw and she will attempt to turn in Walt but he will kill her before she is able to do so.
