Recruit Lists v2.0

Starting to think? Anyone that get's a UK offer becomes a long shot. But it's not impossible. A lot of these players like to play with other outstanding players. We have the guards, if we could just secure another good big and perform well this season, we will turn some heads as one of the big teams on the rise.

I still think ISU is a legit player in the Vaughn sweepstakes. I think ISU and Baylor are the dark horse candidates.

HS Bball is under way here in Wisconsin. Per Evan Flood:

2015 PG Nick Noskowiak had 19 pts in a win against Greeb Bay Preble last night.

2014 G Malik Clements had 20 pts in a loss against Milwaukee Vincent.

Also, another Wisconsin prep to watch is 2014 Malik Clements of Madison West H.S. in Madison, WI. The point guard has interest from Iowa State as well as Wisconsin, Minnesota, Marquette and host of others.

Vaughn just tweeted this:

@ShowtimeMr (Rashad Vaughn):
I think I will Narrow my college list this week

...I bet we make the cut.

Does he currently have a long list or will this be his first public "list"?

Yeah I think at this point he has stated that he doesn't have any leaders, indicating that he is considering any team which has offered or shown interest. He's steadily listed about 8 school's he's had the most contact with, so I'm assuming it will be those schools.

just my two sense.

I love it. I think we're in great shape Jarvis Johnson, hopefully Fred can get some sort of pipeline going through there.

Jarvis, Vaughn, Travis would be a heck of a haul! Hopefully Tubby can remain in limbo up there.

Yep there are a lot of choices for the coaching staff up there. The next couple of classes in Minnesota has a great deal of Division 1 talent. We're also close enough for them to visit on a random weekend if they wanted to or maybe even a weekday game. It would be nice to have some of them come for the Big Monday game against KU.

KU's freshman forward Zach Peters has left their program after injury problems. I was sort of hoping to see him and Niang go at it in the future. (although ellis would probably be a better matchup to watch)

[sorry, know this isn't necessarily recruiting related, but figure KU will be going after another forward now maybe]
