Will the 49ers take LJ?

Yeah, and in the year 2000 Tom Brady was rail thin, showed no athleticism, and needed work on his arm strength as well as his pocket presence. He was lucky he even went that high. He sat for a year behind one of the best QB's in the league at the time, Drew Bledsoe, and worked hard to improve his weaknesses. Also, if 9/11 never would have happened, we may not even be talking about Tom Brady. They cancelled week 2 of the season because of the events, and the next week they resumed play. Bledsoe was running out of bounds and got hit hard by the defender and was injured. Brady comes in and the rest is history. If 9/11 never happened, everything would have been different. Think about that.
LOL,.................

If they never cancelled week 2, the events on the field would have been completely different. Brady may never have gotten a chance. Bledsoe was considered one of the best QBs, and was highly paid. Brady came in for him and played lights out. Creating a controversy because Drew missed many games. They went on to win the Super Bowl and the legend of Tom Brady had begun.

Or maybe Brady would've been traded or became an FA and gone somewhere else and excelled. Who knows? Stupid point.

So let me get this straight. You think that one event in the second year of his career was the only way he was going to get a chance? We aren't talking about Kevin Kolb here. We are talking about the best QB in the league and one of the best of all time. It was just a matter of time before he got his shot.

Guys, let's show a little respect for each other and get back to the topic at hand. Hopefully LJ gets drafted soon.

LJ will be limited on which teams he will fit. He needs to go to a team who likes to pressure hard and make life easy on DBs. He isn't going to be able to cover receivers for long periods of time. Look at the OSU game. He was very good but still got beat when Blackmon got down the field.

What if Bledsoe had run to his left instead of his right on that play?

What if?

No that is not what I am saying. He may have gotten a shot on down the line, but it could have ended up being a couple years down the road. He may have ended up on a team like Cleveland with no surrounding talent and never been as good.

golly gee wiz,.........sure hope LJ gets picked soon, i thought no later than the 5th round. Go Cyclones!! Go Teams!!
