I didn’t think it were possible to hire someone devoid of personality but they surely accomplished it.
It’s still way better then the crap Ross put out after CW left.
You’d think so. This show needs an impartial person at least with a personality. Trent Condon as the main personality is like having Rasir Bolton as the number one scoring option in 2020 - 2021.
Doesn't impartial person with a personality describe Sean Roberts? How has that worked out?
He’s fine. I don’t mind him. I said the person needs to be at least impartial with a personality. This guy is as entertaining as CSPAN with high level takes anyone can glean from the forums on Cyclone Fanatic.
Ken and Trent could be annoying at times, but they had good chemistry and knew their stuff. I’d podcast a few of their shows if they were talking to an ISU reporter or about something else I was interested in.

Ken had a solid lineup of guests too. He's really the last of the talent at KXNO. They will be done in 3-5 years, it will all be national programming.
Kinda agree, not sure a show with Trent as the headliner can hold water unless all of the contacts Ken had remain regulars.
I think it will be tough for Trent because Ken managed all of those relationships. That show was already a lot of gambling talk but it ill be even more so now.
I miss when Jimmy B was on with Ken. LOL there were days I thought Kenny was gonna snap him in half.
Ha, yeah he drove Ken nuts at times. Jimmy B did have some funny stories every once in awhile though.
Jim Brinson was a hoot. He may have had some crazy takes and stories to share but he was a fun personality and made things interesting to listen to. He probably was one of the best co-hosts Ken had IMO. Matt Perrault is similarly annoying as Trent is and I know some here thought Marty Tirrell was good radio but his true colors finally caught up with him with all the shady crap he was doing on the side that got him into a bunch of legal troubles. Am I missing anyone else he co-hosted with regularly over the years?
Wasn't he with Heather for like a Week and left? Or did he leave right before they were suppose to start a show?
Man I'm trying to remember. I feel like they maybe did a couple shows but I can't say for certain.
Haha I was at Down Under in Clive getting drinks one night and I can hear this dude talking at the door to his lady friend. I knew right away but sure as sh!t it was Jimmy B. I was getting beers at the bar and made a "refreshment stand" reference and he gave me his traditional har har har "you got that right pal" line. Dude for real talks and sounds in person like he does on the air, it's not an act, he's just goofy.
