Infield in no outs PCA isn’t going on contract so PCA wouldn’t be going unless it gets through
Ya. But you need to put it in play. Plus with the infield that far in, there is so much room between them and the outfielders to drop one in.

They won so I am happy. And he had a big walk off on the last home stand. I just miss old school baseball when it wasn’t full swing every pitch of the at bat, every inning and situation.

The game has evolved. Guessing the numbers don’t support choking up thus weakening contact. I understand what you’re saying

I get it. It’s the same metrics that favor shooting more 3 pointers in the NBA. Or passing 2/3s of the time in the NFL. At this professional level, player skill outweighs previous convention.
 
Great freakin game. Loving this squad and we are doing this with a cobbled together rotation and pen.

Also, my god Matt Shaw tell PCA to slide. About gave me a heart attack
