Donovan Davis announced on May 6th that he committed to the Cyclones!!!

I think we get him. Apparently we are offering him significantly more $$$ than Wisconsin can.
Who knows if there is a difference in NIL but that is a crutch that fanbases always jump to when they lose a recruitment. Cope.

If we know anything TJ doesn't recruit players who have NIL as their priority and if the money wasn't similar for all the top 5 they wouldn't have gotten visits.

ISU has prioritized Donovan Davis for a long time and build a strong relationship it he choses ISU it will be because of that not money.

Agreed for the most part. It sounds like Davis isnt all about the money from what ive heard. However, it can definitely be a Tiebreaker. It helps and makes a difference.

I’ll honestly be shocked if he chooses either Wisconsin or Marquette. I think it’s really 3 schools. Iowa State, Iowa and Nebraska. To @LLCoolCY point, TJ has fostered that relationship a lot longer than the other two. Might mean good news, but we’ll see.

I do think people are underestimating McCollum. If he remains successful post Stirtz, he’s going to be a major thorn in our side, I’m afraid.

I find it hilarious, but not surprising, that a team that lost 13 games and wasn't ranked in the top 25 most of the year thinks its head coach is all that, all because of a slop run to The Elite 8. It's so on par.

Don't forget they played 2 of the dumbest coaching moves in NCAA tournament history.... Golden and Hoiberg gaffs.
