I don't think Mack actually has an offer from ISU. That might've been Busse seeing a tweet from Mack on 3/4 that he was going to visit ISU and maybe thought it was an offer tweet. I could be wrong.

You may be right. On3 doesn't show him having an offer, but that website shows a bunch of Campbell targets still having offers, which many of them don't.
