Waterworld is actually good. The media/critics torpedoed any possible success before it even came out because it was, at the time, the most expensive movie ever made.

By the same token, I would argue that Battlefield Earth is so over the top silly that it's actually entertaining.

Not sure I can get on that train but I understand it haha. Anaconda with J. Lo and Ice Cube and Jon Voight is kinda in that realm. It's just so stupid it's kinda watchable. But I cannot get past how over the top bad Voight is...and I remember Siskel & Ebert said he should get an Oscar nom for it and I was like WHAT THE ****!?
