Is the Women's hire considered a high level Coach? I have no clue about it but it does feel a bit of just a "in the family" easy type of hire.

She's one of the most decorated womens wrestler in the US. Lets hope that translates to leading this new program the way a lot of us believe she will

I was going to say maybe we got lucky that our assistant coach married maybe one of the best "names" in the sport but the pieces have been falling into place both in and outside of JPs control for some time.
Is hiring super young coaches like Cael (ISU tenure), Taylor at OkSt, etc a Wrestling "thing" or are those just one-offs that make it seem that way because it's a handful of programs I vaguely pay attention to?
Tar and feather me but it is/was a fair question that should have been asked and I largely think JP handled it well. They knew it would come so he was prepared for it.
