***Official 2026 NCAA Tournament Thread***

Arizona looks shocked to be the smaller team for once this year. They're just not as skilled as Michigan to score in other ways if they're not dominating the paint.
Peat 3-14, Burries 3-11. This was my fear with Arizona. They were Uber talented, but its hard to rely on that talent when they're freshman. Bradley being in foul trouble didn't help either.

Peat really has to play bully ball to be efficient. I think Michigan's length has really made it difficult for him, awaka, and Krivas. They needed Burries, Bradley, and Del orso to be at their best

Michigan is obviously very impressive tonight and just as obviously one of the best couple of teams, based on the full season. However, Arizona is in the conversation and not this bad. This is the drawback of a win or go home tournament.

Karchenkov must be extremely powerful to knock the Michigan player to the floor just reaching for the ball. Too much weight room

I’ll be curious how Michigan performs against better perimeter shooting team in UConn. Clearly teams who are big but can’t shoot the three (Arizona, Tennessee) get absolutely punked by Michigan’s size and skill.

UConn might put up a better fight on Monday (still not picking them though).
