Massive failure on Bill's part to utilize the roster we had the last 3 years. It's strange, because making the tournament and winning 20+ games are hiding what I believe is an underperformance.

His legacy is tainted a bit by not known when to hang it up. In hindsight, his last opportunity to do so on a high note would have been to end it with Ashley Joens.

You can not be an 8 seed and get bounced in the conference tournament and NCAA tournament round 1 with two $3M players.

I don't this has anything to do with money. Something seems very toxic with the program right now to have it all burned to the ground in a week with all the players leaving.
