I like you @CRAZYGREG you remind me a lot of of many of the Iowa fans I used to argue with on Hawkeye report. Bitter as hell about Iowa State, always talking trash about their players, acting like their poor citizens, etc. etc. etc. you know the drill you sound just like them.
This has impacted our defense too in my opinion. Players play better defensively when fully involved offensively. Look at our defensive ratings out of 315+ D1 teams over the last several years- 219, 202, 273, 121, 137, 263, 103, 51, 210, 280, 255, 208, 150, 81, 131.
It is amazing we’ve racked up as many wins as we have over the years with these numbers. This also clearly shows there are some major scheme issues not just related to Audi although I do recognize we aren’t going to have an above average defense with her on the floor.
He does not know if Iowa offered more money to Jada…. that’s a fan thing.
That is your hope, again I will remind you that is the same kind of **** and Iowa fan would say about an Iowa State player…
They wouldn’t know any more than you do as I’ve always said the haters on the Iowa board are the same as the haters on the Iowa State board. Absolutely zero difference.

Once you hit the Rule of 88, your IPERS doesn't really increase much after that. But with the money I'm sure he's invested over the years he'll never have to worry about finances.
They will… But again to be fair, they aren’t any different than Iowa fans or many of the Iowa fans. Anything they can do to put Iowa State in a negative light & them in a positive light is what they would do… The only real difference is that element of Iowa State fan really truly thinks they’re special & not like Iowa at all… hell I actually thought I stumbled onto the old Iowa board for a minute

All that to say message board fans (not ISU message board, just any trans message board fans) are typically more petty more whiny and more reactionary than traditional fans… Iowa brought a lot of ladies through last year. I promise you they didn’t offer scholarships to all of them. They were looking for fit and sometimes you have to get them on campus to figure that out.

It is extremely likely that any player would tell a school how much another school offered them.

Where in that statement does it say Iowa offered her and they turned her down or Iowa offered her a bunch of money and she turned them down… Is it at all possible? They didn’t even offer her. And here’s the deal. Does it really matter, as I’ve said 10 times already if this were an Iowa fan, they of course would be telling themselves the same thing.

Yes that is exactly what you hope…. I spent a lot of time over here in the last several weeks cheering on the Iowa State men’s and women’s basketball team and quite frankly I forgot how petty and hostile many of you are so honestly can we really take an Iowa or an Iowa State fans word for it… no of course not.
Too many fans are only interested in being ****** and maiming the other side. I had hoped and I said it out loud that you guys kept the team together and Addy stated @iowa State, but I’m gonna tell you my grin will be 4 1/2 feet wide if she ends up in Iowa I will definitely circle back to see all the petty crappy things. Her old fan say about her and her new team.
It’s honestly just dumb. There’s no reason why there has to be such poor sportsmanship when it comes to this kind of thing, but there are a lot of fans out there that like hating on another team more than they like their team winning.

So to answer your question directly yes I believe it is entirely possible. Jada told them she had an offer for Iowa. What we don’t know is whether that really happened…. Let’s remember Jada was shopping for a new home.
Ask yourself this question does it make you feel good thinking that a player turned down a big offer from Iowa & would’ve come to Iowa State… Let me answer that for you of course it does.
Now, while you’re gearing up to try to pin the same scenario on me, quite frankly, I didn’t want any of the sub 6 foot guards Iowa was looking at, so I really don’t care what did or didn’t happen, but I do have a logic train and I am not typically deceived by silliness and bias.
Remember, I’m the guy on the Iowa board telling Iowa fans they’re stupid for this exact same reasoning…it’s petty & small
