I was on the Iowa State Chicago Alumni Facebook page and saw a Go Fund Me for the "Presidents." These guys are great. I've met them a few times recently. They get tons of attention at events, but they aren't just attention-hogs. They are serious Iowa State sports fans. I contributed as soon as I herad about it. Hope some of you will help get them fully funded.

This is great. This is the type of thing I am down with donating a small tiny amount to as an Iowa State fan. Love the passion as students to do this for every game.

30 yrs ago a friend of mine was in college on the east coast. His team made the tourney.

A 90 minute bus ride and game ticket was $20 and I think they filled two busses. Times have changed!

Those guys are pretty awesome. Saw them in KC and St Louis and they were great with the fans. Some old lady was buying them shots on Sunday at Tin Roof before the game, they are living their best life.

My nephew played in the tourney a few years ago. When their team made the conference championship they loaded up buses and drove 12 hours to the game. The university did that. Gave them like 10 dollar tickets to get into the arena. Really cool.
