***Official 2026 NCAA Tournament Thread***

Feel like people should look at maybe it is donor interference that is causing issues. Interesting that some of the biggest NIL spenders continue to struggle.
I remember when the NIL stuff just started and a coach was talking to a reporter off record and telling them that a donor bought a player that the coach really didn’t want. The coach didn’t know what to do. Can’t say no and tick off the donor but he wasnt going to play the kid.

The biggest issue he has is that Kansas is not spending their money wisely. He thinks that Self doesn't know how to actually build a team with NIL. If KU fans had not had the history before that, they might see it differently, but they are used to Final Fours, not 2nd Round exits.

Well, I’m old enough to remember and so are you, that Kansas, like Arizona, like the old-time Syracuse… Had a lot of great teams, but also had a lot of puzzling early exits over the years so it’s not like it’s a new thing

Florida should be too big and athletic over 40 minutes. Not looking great right now though.

Is Florida fake ID?
Fans have the oddest takes… I’ve actually been doing things all day, the last couple days…in and out of looking on here, watching wrestling, men’s basketball, women’s basketball doing yardwork, laundry, putting together chairs, a bureau, etc. etc. etc.

I mentioned all that silliness because I was way behind on the Kansas game and I knew they were down by double digits at one time and I saw all the fans trashing them and then hell I actually switched to the game and it’s like a four or five point game…

Fan so overreact throughout games it’s crazy. It’s like they’re brand new to sports.

Kentucky hung with us for an entire half!

Never say never in these 2nd round games...but Florida's second gear is no joke.
And the hoks would beat Kentucky.

THey may make it a game into the 2nd half and maybe even keep it within 10-12 - its what they kinda do.

If they can't come back in this game, they will miss the Sweet 16 for the 6th time in 7 tournaments. They would lose an early game every once in a while, but not like they are doing now.

WTH? Turn off the KU game because it looked like it was over. Turn back and it’s a one point game.
