***NCAA Wrestling - Session 5 (Saturday, 10am CT)***

As of recently maybe it is chronic but no so long ago isu placed 4th with the same staff as they have now other than a new S&C coach. **** happens sometimes and unfortunately it’s happening to us.

I love our staff. I just wonder if there are changes that would address the issue - training, recruiting. You know, the definition of insanity.

Swiderski also hurt throughout his time here. Terukina. All the way back to Austin Gomez. It’s a long list and I’m probably missing several more.

There were several and you do know injuries do happen in sports right?

One year is a fluke. Multiple years in a row is a trend.

There is nothing normal or acceptable about the majority of the starting lineup in any sport being injured and unable to compete.

Ive heard a lot of ISU fans and coaches mumble about Taylor...what makes him so bad? Being born on 3rd base to start his coaching career?

For me there is the sour grapes bit going back to Cael because DT was going to be in Ames and would have been an all time great for us.

Then there is the simple hate OkState aspect.

Then 100% born on third to start his career. Being bankrolled by a billionaire.

Valid question. I assume he’ll give freestyle a go for a little while. You can really compete on a super limited basis at the senior level at still be relevant.

He seems like guy who may have a future in coaching too.

Why wouldn’t Jax be at 133 again? Hes all gas and no break at 133 so it’s not like the cut is affecting him.
